Turner-Gillenwaters Realty, Inc was formed in May of 2002 after Polidoro Real Estate Company dissolved. Sandra Turner and Claudette Wood opened the Lanett Branch of Polidoro Real Estate Company in November of 1992. Claudett Wood retired in March of 2001 and I, Teresa Wood Gillenwaters, joined the team. In May of 2002 we formed Turner-Gillenwaters Realty, Inc. and Polidoro Real Estate Company was dissolved.

Turner-Gillenwaters Realty, Inc. is a locally owned company. Sandra Turner and Teresa Gillenwaters are life long residents of the Valley Area. Both are actively involved in their churches and community. Turner-Gillenwaters Realty, Inc.'s team consists of just two (2) people, therefore you are able to toalk to someone about your home or property when ever you call. They work very closely together on all listings and with all buyers.
